Diocesan Council approves imposition of Canon 15 at 2 Dissenting Parishes - Thursday, January 13, 2005
In order to return the ministry of the Anglican Church of Canada to two parishes of the Diocese of New Westminster, Diocesan Council has approved the appointment of bishop's wardens at St. Simon's in Deep Cove, North Vancouver, and St. Andrew's, Pender Harbour, on the Sunshine Coast.

Bishop accepts priests' resignations - Monday, April 05, 2004
Bishop Michael Ingham has accepted the resignation of four of his clergy who no longer consider themselves members of the Anglican Church of Canada.
"While a parting of the ways is always sad, I am glad that they have finally clarified the situation and made it clear they are leaving the Anglican Church of Canada of their own volition," said the bishop.
